3. Scope of Application
By accessing or using the Site, the User agrees to these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply exclusively to the relationship between OBAI Ltd and the Client. Users must have legal capacity to enter into a contract under UK law.

The Site enables Clients to purchase Products offered by OBAI Ltd.
4A. Product Use and No Medical Advice
Our Products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. They are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical or health advice. Clients with allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any cosmetic product.
5. Ordering Process
5.1. Placing an Order
Clients may select Products and add them to their basket. Product availability is displayed on each product page.
5.2. Order Review
Before checkout, Clients may review and modify their basket, including quantities and selected Products.
5.3. Payment
Clients must provide accurate billing and delivery details. Payments are processed through secure third‑party payment providers. OBAI Ltd does not store full payment card details.
5.4. Order Confirmation
Once payment is received, the Client receives an order confirmation email within 24 hours.
6. Prices & Payment
6.1. Prices
Prices are in GBP (£), inclusive of VAT. Prices may change at any time but remain fixed once an order is placed.
6.2. Payment Methods

6.3. Invoicing
Invoices are issued electronically. The Client agrees to receive invoices by email.
6.4. Late Payment (Business Clients Only)
Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6.5. Retention of Title
Products remain the property of OBAI Ltd until full payment is received.

7.2. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel their order.
Return Conditions:
Products must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
The Client is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Exclusions: The right to cancel does not apply to:
Goods made to the consumer’s specifications
Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons
Perishable goods
7.3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Clients may request a repair, replacement, or refund if a Product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Creating an account may be required for ordering. Users must provide accurate information and keep login details confidential.
8.2. Account Content
Clients may view order history and update personal information.
8.3. Account Deletion
OBAI Ltd may suspend or delete accounts that:
Contain false information
Are inactive for 12 months
Violate these Terms

Standard delivery: 3–30 working days, depending on stock and location. Delays may occur during peak periods.
9.3. Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, the Client should refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
10. Liability
10.1. General Liability
OBAI Ltd is responsible for ensuring Products meet UK consumer standards.
10.2. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
10.3. Technical Issues
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site. We are not liable for temporary downtime, browser‑related display variations, or third‑party links.
10.4. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law. For all other claims, our liability is limited to the price paid for the Product.
