Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Processing time is typically 1–3 working days.

During peak periods (Christmas, sales, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another when it has been dispatched.

  • They may deliver to a local collection point

If the parcel is returned to us due to non‑collection or incorrect address details, we may charge a redelivery fee.

 

8. Damaged or Missing Parcels

8.1 Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please refuse delivery where possible

  • Contact us immediately at hello@maitresavonitto.uk

We will arrange a replacement once the damaged parcel is returned to us.

8.2 Missing Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us after 10 working days for UK deliveries

  • We will investigate with the courier

  • A replacement or refund will be issued if the parcel is confirmed lost

 

9. Incorrect Address Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

 

10. Customs, Duties & Taxes (UK Orders)

Orders delivered within the United Kingdom do not incur customs duties.

If we expand to international shipping in the future, customs information will be added to this policy.
